Marg and I live in Chennai, where I work as Executive Chef in a major hotel with 30 years experience behind me in various countries around the world! I hope to have this site to place some of this experience and knowledge for all to be able to share at no cost to themselves.

While I am a New Zealander, I have worked and traveled overseas for most of my life, living in countries from Britain, Germany and China to Singapore, Indonesia and Australia and I hope to have as my next destination the Emerald Ilse of Sri Lanka where I plan to set up a catering school and establish a series of restaurants over the coming years!
